Kratos Launches Tool For Network Management
By Mike Sachoff
Kratos Networks has released its new IT management gadget called LaunchPAD.

The desktop tool provides access to commonly used network management programs in a single location, allowing for access to a suite of troubleshooting programs.

LaunchPAD comes pre-configured with links to the most commonly used network administrator tools including Perfmon, Trace Route, Telnet, Ping, Remote Desktop and others, including Kratos' easy to use network management software called dopplerVUE.

LaunchPAD's IT management capabilities can be set to load automatically whenever a computer boots-up, so end users always have single click access to their management tools from their desktops.

"Network managers use the same programs numerous times a day on average," said Mike Smith, General Manager of Kratos Networks.

"LaunchPAD's convenience and ease of use makes the process of IT management easier, cutting down on the amount of time it takes to execute routine tasks individually."
